THE FRIENDLY REMINDER ADDITION
See below for the formal version
1. Our Shared Adventure!
At CLE Abroad, we’re here to give you stories you’ll tell for years—along with a few epic photos! Our goal? That every traveler feels included, appreciated, and supported from start to finish. We create spaces where everyone can be themselves and enjoy the ride.
2. How We Roll (a.k.a. Stuff You Already Know)
We’re a grown-up, awesome bunch who know how to treat people, but here’s a little nudge (just in case jet lag strikes):
-
-
Kindness is always in fashion. Treat fellow travelers and staff with respect—no matter where they’re from, how they look, or what passport they carry.
-
Professional behavior > drama. That means: zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, or any shade of hate.
-
Boundaries are cool. Respect everyone’s personal and professional space—sometimes we all need a minute!
-
Our staff are the magic-makers—let’s be courteous and remember they’re working hard to ensure you’ve got an exceptional trip.
-
Take care of your own needs. Every traveler should be able to stroll on their own steam (bonus points for enthusiastic marching!).
-
Allergies or special diets? Please bring your must-have meds and ask a staff member if you’re unsure about any tasty treats. We want you safe and satisfied!
-
And about phones: we get it—pics or it didn’t happen. But during talks, let’s tuck them away, put them on silent, and try not to bring them out. We promise not to be the ‘phone police,’ but your present attention means a lot to the group.
-
3. The “Nope” List (Let’s Not Go There)
Just to be super clear—these have no place on our adventures:
-
-
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, bullying, or any form of violence (that includes verbal!).
-
Sharing CLE Abroad secrets or business info with outsiders (trust us—it’s not as fun as it sounds).
-
Messing with others’ good time or anything that disrupts the harmony of our happy traveling crew.
-
Let’s all do our part to make this journey fun, safe, and unforgettable for everyone. Thanks for being the awesome humans we know you are!
