The Los Angeles County Bar Association invites you and your guest to join our private delegation for a journey through Morocco. Morocco’s location at the crossroads of Europe and Africa has endowed the country with a richness of culture and heritage preserved and perpetuated to this day. 

Join our journey through the country's diverse food, music, customs, and architecture as well as a deep dive into the Moroccan legal and political system. Today Morocco is a thriving society embracing modernity and diversity. Our delegation will learn about Morocco’s social fabric and political systems,  rewarding the open-minded traveler with a better understanding of the nature of Islam, challenging many popular preconceptions from the western world.  

Our 7-night core package trip includes 2 nights in The White city, Casablanca, 3 nights in the country's cultural capital Fes, and 2 nights in the cosmopolitan political capital of Rabat.   

Add to your Core Package with one or both of the extensions below:

• 2 Nights in Marrakech

• 4 Nights Sahara Desert (1-night Ouarzazate, 2 nights Sahara Desert, 1 night Casablanca)

These packages will require high-intensity walking on uneven and sometimes hilly cobblestone streets and stairs where an elevator may not be available. Participants must be able to walk unassisted.  

Cancellation & Refund Overview

72-Hour Cancellation Window
Participants may cancel within 72 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the booking is made at least 45 days prior to the program start date.

• Cancellations are subject to the following schedule, based on the date the written cancellation request is received:

• Cancellations 180 days or more prior to the program start date (on or before October 12, 2026): Full refund.
• Cancellations between 179-120 days prior to the program start date (between October 12, 2026 and December 11, 2026): $1,000 administrative cancellation fee per participant will apply.
• Cancellations between 119-90 days prior to the program start date (between December 11, 2026 and January 10, 2027): 50% cancellation fee per participant will apply.
• Cancellations within 90 days of the program start date (after January 10, 2027): Full program cost. No refunds will be issued.

Participants may request future program credit instead of applicable refunds, subject to organizer approval. Any credits issued must be used within 18 months and are non-transferable.

Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is highly recommended in case you are unable to travel and have incurred one of the cancellation penalties noted above.

Acknowledgment Requirement
Participants must review and acknowledge the full Terms and Conditions, including Cancellation Terms, at check-out.

Additional Services
Individually requested services (such as extra hotel nights or special arrangements) may be non-refundable once confirmed and paid.

Request Extra Room Nights at Group Hotel
Would you like to arrive early and start the tour fully refreshed? If participants elect to arrive ahead of the program start date, the hotel will customarily extend the negotiated group rate. We kindly ask that requests for additional nights be made at least 60 days prior to arrival as the hotel may not honor group rates for last-minute requests.   Please send your request to team@cle-abroad.com. • Airfare - International Roundtrip airfare to/from Morocco.
• Extra Hotel Room Nights - For those who wish to arrive ahead of the program and need extra nights, please send requests to team@cle-abroad.com. Subject to availability.
• Extra Meal or Drinks - Additional meals not provided in itinerary or additional/upgraded drinks not included in group meals
• Tips for Guides/Drivers - Suggested Tips for drivers and local guides.
• Additional Expenses - Incidentals / Individual hotel expenses (e.g., mini bar, room services, laundry fees)
• Travel Insurance - Trip Cancellation Insurance is recommended.
• Credit Card Fees - Please note that there are service fees of 3.0% - 3.5% when paying by credit card whereas bank transfers do not incur any fees
